HOW TO APPLY FOR PORTUGUESE CITIZENSHIP
The requirement is you have to be married to a Portuguese national for at least 3 years.

You need to feel a form available here:

Get your signature recognized (at a Portuguse Embassy abroad or through a lawyer)
Pay 250 EUR crcpagamentos.irn.mj.pt/pagvisamc.aspx?productid=NAC3
And enclose the following documents:
Birth Certificate
Criminal Records (from country of birth, country of nationality, country you are living in currently)
Copy of marriage certificate
It takes approximately 1 ½ to two years to get the citizenship.
