EUFASA Report on Pensions and Pensions Solutions (2023)
The European Union Foreign Affairs Spouse and Families Associations (EUFASA) has written a research paper on the topic of burnout and resilience, which was published this month in the journal Sustainability. This appears to be the first ever published research on stress, resilience and burnout in foreign service spouses! We would like to warmly thank our AFDP members for participating in this research by answering the EUFASA surveys during the pandemic in 2020 and 2021.
